Why Choose shannon's?
In 2016, I dove into the world of grooming after spending a few years in the cosmetology field. Fate brought my husband, Matthew, and I together when he brought in his smelly, unkempt standard poodle for grooming on his first birthday. What followed was a sweet love story that led to Matthew joining me first as a bather and eventually my business partner. Shannon’s is forever benefitting from the value he brings.
Combining Matthew's strong business skills with my innovative ideas for the grooming industry, we took a leap of faith and opened our first salon in West Richland in August 2019.
Despite facing the challenges of navigating through the highs and lows of our business during the Covid pandemic, we have experienced remarkable growth. As a result, we have outgrown our previous space and feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to construct a new salon that can cater to our expanding needs.
My love for animals, particularly dogs, has always been a driving force in my life.
